Delivery fees
- France — free delivery for purchases over €45.
- Europe — free delivery for purchases over €80.
- Below these amounts, exact fees are automatically displayed at checkout, before any validation.
Preparation and delivery times
Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, then handed over to the carrier.
- Metropolitan France — 3 to 7 business days.
- European Union — 5 to 10 business days.
- Bulky items (furniture, kennels, large beds) may require a few extra days.
Track your package
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can check the progress of your package at any time.
Order in multiple packages
If your order contains items from different warehouses, it may arrive in multiple shipments, at no extra cost. Each package has its own tracking number.
