- France — free standard delivery, with no minimum purchase.
- Express France — €1.99, free from €45.
- Europe — €9.99, free delivery for purchases over €80.
- Exact fees are automatically displayed at checkout, before any validation.
Preparation and delivery times
Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, then handed over to the carrier.
- Metropolitan France — standard 10 to 12 business days, express 5 to 8 business days.
- European Union — 6 to 14 business days.
- Bulky items (furniture, kennels, large beds) may require a few extra days.
Track your package
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can check the progress of your package at any time.
Order in multiple packages
If your order contains several items, it may arrive in multiple shipments, at no extra cost. Each package has its own tracking number.
