30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return, without needing to provide a reason.
Conditions
- The item must be in its original, unused, and complete condition, with its packaging when possible.
- For reasons of hygiene and food safety, opened or partially consumed treats and food cannot be returned.
- Personalized items (engraving or embroidery with the pet's name) cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
How to request a return
- Contact us indicating your order number and the item concerned.
- We will respond within 24 business hours with the procedure and return address.
- Send the package back using a tracked shipping method, to prove its proper delivery.
Your refund
Upon receipt and verification of the item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Allow generally 3 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Damaged, defective item, or preparation error
This is entirely at our expense. Simply send us a photo: we will proceed with replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense in the event of a simple change of mind. They are at ours if the product is defective or does not conform to your order.
Cancelling an order
As long as your order has not been shipped, it can be cancelled free of charge. Contact us as soon as possible.
